Connor Son | RMT specializing in fascia & trauma informed nervous system education and conscious titness

Connor is a Registered Massage Therapist, fascia & trauma informed Nervous systems educator and the Creator of Conscious Fitness. He has over a decade of clinical experience supporting people living with chronic pain, repetitive injuries, and complex movement restrictions. He is the founder of SUJI, a practice dedicated to fascia-informed, assessment-driven bodywork for individuals who have often tried multiple therapies without lasting resolution.

His work is primarily focused on busy professionals, athletes, and parents who are navigating persistent pain patterns that have not responded to conventional treatment approaches.

Connor’s approach is intentional, focused, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change requires looking beyond symptoms to understand the underlying patterns shaping the body.

He has spent much of his career exploring the relationship between the nervous system, fascial tissue, and movement compensation patterns. This includes ongoing study in neurophysiology, neurofascial systems, and the ways in which stress and lived experience can influence physical tension and pain expression in the body.
