Warren Hatch, RMT
Warren is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings decades of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping people return to doing what they love. After completing his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia, he pursued massage therapy with a focus on combining clinical effectiveness with restorative care.
Warren’s approach integrates thoughtful assessment with hands-on treatment that is both structural and deeply therapeutic. Drawing from myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercise principles, each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs, whether they are recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, or seeking greater ease in everyday movement.
With advanced post-graduate training in low back and shoulder rehabilitation, Warren has extensive experience supporting both acute injuries and long-standing musculoskeletal conditions. His goal is not simply to relieve symptoms, but to improve function, restore balance, and help patients move with greater confidence and comfort.
As both a former running coach and lifelong athlete, Warren understands firsthand the physical demands that movement places on the body. He has worked with recreational movers, competitive athletes, and individuals simply looking to feel better in their daily lives. This perspective allows him to appreciate the unique goals of each patient while creating treatment plans that support sustainable recovery and long-term wellness.
Patients often describe Warren’s treatments as the ideal balance of clinical precision and deep relaxation. By combining focused therapeutic work with a calm, restorative approach, he creates an experience that supports both physical recovery and nervous system regulation.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Warren exploring local trails, hiking with his dog, or paddleboarding—continuing his own commitment to an active, balanced lifestyle.
